Registered legal practice areas

Jako van Hees has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar's register of legal practice areas (“rechtsgebiedenregister”):

• Corporate law
• Insolvency law

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.

Any assignments are accepted exclusively by Enac Advocatuur B.V. (acting under the name FRYMM). The general terms and conditions of FRYMM apply to all assignments and can be downloaded here (Dutch/English):

FRYMM does not hold third party funds in trust and therefore the firm is not associated with a third party funds foundation (Stichting Beheer Derdengelden).
